Unlined gas fire extinguishing system
Introduction:
Our company's pipeless gas fire extinguishing system (also known as
a prefabricated fire extinguishing system) is an application of gas
fire extinguishing technology. It is a fire extinguishing system
that is pre-designed and assembled according to specific
application conditions, including extinguishing agent storage
devices and discharge components, and features linkage control
functions. Pipeless gas fire extinguishing systems have short spray
times and fast extinguishing speeds, and can be used in conjunction
with electrical equipment such as fire detectors, manual start
buttons, fire alarm display panels, and fire alarm controllers.
Types:
Pipeless gas fire extinguishing systems can be divided into two
main categories: suspended gas fire extinguishing systems and
cabinet-type gas fire extinguishing systems. Different combinations
can be made according to the size of the fire extinguishing system,
the type of extinguishing agent, and the activation method to meet
different customer needs.

Cabinet-type gas fire extinguishing system
Overview:
Heptafluoropropane is a highly efficient, non-staining,
non-corrosive, and highly insulating gaseous fire extinguishing
agent. Cabinet-type fire extinguishing devices do not require a
dedicated gas cylinder room, and are simple to design, install,
use, and maintain. They are suitable for locations where pipeline
networks are not feasible and for individual protected areas, and
can be flexibly installed as needed. Therefore, they are widely
used in computer rooms, data storage warehouses, power distribution
rooms, libraries and archives, and other rooms containing valuable
equipment.
Structural Features:
This cabinet-type fire extinguishing system integrates an
extinguishing agent storage container assembly, high-pressure hose,
nozzle, and electromagnetic drive device. Connected to an automatic
fire alarm controller, it enables automatic detection and
extinguishing of fires. Because the extinguishing agent storage
cylinders are housed within the cabinet, different volumes of
single cylinders can be used to protect small protected areas of
varying sizes, reducing the floor space required. The multi-hole
nozzles ensure rapid and even filling of the entire protected area
with the extinguishing agent. Similar to suspended fire
extinguishing systems, it features simple installation and low
project investment.

Working Principle:
The cabinet-type heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device produced by our company uses an electromagnetic valve as the driving device, ensuring reliable start-up performance. When the fire detector receives a fire alarm signal from the protected area, the alarm controller outputs a DC24V 1.5A voltage, causing the electromagnetic valve to activate and open the extinguishing agent storage cylinder valve. The heptafluoropropane extinguishing agent is then sprayed into the protected area through the connecting hose and nozzle to extinguish the fire.
