The Inert Gas IG-100 Fire Suppression System is available with cylinder volumes of 80L and 140L, designed for enclosed flooding applications. IG-100 uses nitrogen for a clean, safe, and 100% ecological extinguishing solution. This gas is widely used across a variety of extinguishing systems due to its excellent pressurization conditions.

The system achieves equal smothering efficiency by reducing the oxygen concentration to extinguish the fire, while leaving a percentage of oxygen suitable for occupied areas. Because of this feature, personnel can be protected where there is a possibility they may be in the enclosure area at the time of a fire, ensuring safe evacuation both in terms of the oxygen level in the room and the absence of chemicals in the discharge. In addition, its physical and dispersion properties help maintain visibility during evacuation.

The complete system includes the following components:

• All normally occupied or unoccupied areas where electronic equipment is either very sensitive or irreplaceable

We always pack the system with polyfoam first and then place it into a wooden case. Sometimes, to meet customer or safety requirements, we will make a pallet for the goods.

• Compared with the traditional 15 MPa system, the number of fire extinguishing agent cylinders can be reduced by 25%–50%.
• The building area between cylinders is effectively reduced, improving the overall occupation and utilization rate of the building.
• Constant 6 MPa low-pressure release can reduce the cost of pipelines and pipe fittings.
• The constant release pressure of 6 MPa provides more lasting and effective pressure, with a transmission distance of up to 200 meters.
• Low-pressure release of the whole system has less impact on on-site personnel, equipment, and building structure, making it safer.
• The external constant-pressure reliever only bears pressure when the system is spraying, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance and effectively reduces the failure rate of the system.
• After spraying, the system does not need to replace any parts; with simple disassembly and secondary filling, the system can be quickly put back into operation.
• The opening area of the pressure-relief device is reduced, directly lowering the input cost of the pressure-relief device, and the safety buckle is installed and arranged more simply.
• The nitrogen fire extinguishing system (IG-100) can be widely used to make rapid response to fire, protect on-site staff, address sudden fires, and protect important places sensitive to chemical reactions, effectively safeguarding personnel and property.
