The IG541 Inert Gas Fire Suppression System is a cylinder-based enclosed flooding solution available in 80L and 90L capacities. The IG541 mixture (52% nitrogen, 40% argon, 8% carbon dioxide) is a colorless, tasteless, non-toxic, non-conducting, and environmentally friendly extinguishing agent that leaves no residue or pollution after discharge. Its Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) is zero, making it a clean and sustainable choice for fire protection.

Because of these characteristics, the system is well suited to locations where electrical fires are likely to occur. Combined with the extinguishing device and electronic accessories, the entire system can be actuated automatically. Detectors monitor the protected area and trigger the extinguishing device through a solenoid actuator, enabling fully automated operation. This eliminates the risk of a fire going unnoticed when no one is present and reduces the cost of staffing personnel to supervise the protected area.

The system also supports management of multiple zones. A single system can protect multiple zones through distributing valves, allowing the agent to be directed to the specific zone where a fire occurs. This makes fire suppression fast and efficient. A small room should be reserved as storage space for the complete system.
