The FM200 fire suppression system features complete design parameters, reliable and accurate operation, long-term storage without leakage, simple installation and commissioning, and convenient operation and maintenance. The system is mainly composed of an automatic alarm controller, reservoir, valve driving device, selector valve, non-return valve, pressure signaler, frame, spraying nozzle, and ductwork. Unit-independent systems and combination allocation systems can be configured according to application requirements for the fire protection of one or several areas. It is suitable for protecting many important locations such as computer rooms, telecommunication centers, and underground works.

The data below refers to a regular temperature of 20 ℃ and atmospheric pressure of 1 bar. Maximum coverage may vary slightly depending on ambient temperature and pressure in real-world conditions.

Normally, a complete fire suppression system contains three parts: the fire extinguishing device, pipe fittings, and electrical elements. However, the suspension-type FM200 fire suppression system does not require any pipe fittings, and the temperature-based suspension FM200 extinguisher type does not require electrical elements.

1. We recommend at least a yearly routine check for the entire system. Some components require weekly or monthly inspection, while the full system should be checked annually. The inspection frequency should follow the manual instructions we provide.
2. From a professional standpoint, we recommend that a single protected room should not be equipped with more than one temperature-based FM200 fire extinguisher. In the event of a fire, the temperature near the fire point rises while distant areas remain cool. This temperature difference prevents the extinguishers from activating simultaneously, which can result in the fire agent not being discharged within 8 seconds and failing to protect the contents of the room.
