The 15 MPa IG100 (Nitrogen) Fire Suppression Device is a pipe network type system designed for reliable, environmentally friendly fire protection. It uses 100% nitrogen as the extinguishing agent, combining modern system design with efficient fire suppression performance.

IG100 uses nitrogen with a 100% nitrogen content as the extinguishing agent, fully integrating the design concept of the new era fire extinguishing system. This makes the product successfully equipped with both environmental protection and efficient fire extinguishing functions. It protects the Earth's ecological environment, ensures safe and hygienic visibility, and avoids contamination caused by fire extinguishing agents. Nitrogen can be separated from air and produced from a wide range of sources, with low filling costs.

The fire extinguishing mechanism works by diluting the oxygen in the combustion zone, achieving the purpose of suffocation fire extinguishing. Usually, when the oxygen concentration in the air drops below 15%, combustion cannot continue. The IG100 fire extinguishing system reduces the oxygen concentration in the air to around 12.5% to extinguish the fire. As the oxygen concentration is much lower than 15%, the IG100 system can quickly achieve the purpose of extinguishing the fire.

• The opening area of the pressure-relief device is reduced, directly lowering the input cost of the pressure-relief device, and the safety buckle is installed and arranged more simply.
• The nitrogen fire extinguishing system (IG-100) can be widely used for rapid response to fire, protecting on-site staff, sudden fire incidents, and important places sensitive to chemical reactions, effectively safeguarding personnel and property.
• As a fire extinguishing agent, nitrogen is not a mixed product. It can be directly extracted from the air and has low maintenance and filling costs. Additionally, there are no chemical reagent residues that may exist in mixed gases, making it safe and reliable.
